How to turn off autopilot and build a mindfulness practice in everyday life

We invite you to join us this Tuesday, September 22 at noon ET/9 am PT as we discuss this topic and how you can build a mindfulness practice in your life. Our guest will be Patricia Karpas will share some incredible wisdom on what to do when you feel like you are living on autopilot and how to build and integrate a mindfulness practice into your daily life.
