It's 2020 and Job Share Java is ON! And today I want to cheers you! It's a New Year for a new YOU! Every big inspiring, change you want in life is outside of your comfort zone. Just the thought of jumping in can feel paralyzing or if you're anything like me, give you a red splotchy neck! Do you have something holding you back from getting the flexibility you need? To make it easier and unshackle you from what's holding you back, I'll share the 3 steps I took toward breaking out to get my job share: 1. Identifying what you need, 2.
