I loved this article and in many ways, I saw this shift happening before my eyes. Peers in employee engagement/workforce planning quickly had to pivot and work on how to transition a primary in-office team to be fully remote in the matter of hours/days. I'm excited to see how these roles develop and who will be the first in pioneering them.
