We're looking to fill three important roles on the hope*writers team.  Director of Coaching: The primary role of the Director of Coaching is to help envision, plan, create, and manage the hope*writers Coach Certification Program. Community Manager: The primary role of the Community Manager is to manage the private hope*writers community (Facebook), helping members connect, feel seen, make progress, and avoid overwhelm.  Customer Experience Manager: The primary role of the Customer Experience Manager is to oversee the welcoming, onboarding, nurturing, and retention of new and existing hope*writers members.
