Change is inevitable; progress is optional. If there’s anything on your list of priorities that doesn’t align with the career goals you’ve established, remove it. Here’s your success formula: 1. Clarity. Articulate the goal in one sentence. If you can’t communicate it, it’s not clear enough. 2. Strategy. It starts it in your head but it can’t stay there. Capture it - if you can’t “see it”, your chances of experiencing it are slim. What will you accomplish in 30 days? 60 days? 90 days? 3. Execute. No explanation needed. Remember, either you run the day or the day runs you.
