I started my New Year off with a bang! 45 videos with over 550 takes in 5 days...all for Job Share Academy, the first ever — ever ever — online job share training program to empower humans to create their own rewarding job shares! A program I wish I had had in my nearly decade long time job sharing with several amazing partners, who taught me so much! One global pandemic and one caregiving year like no other had other plans in store for me. Those where I relearned everything from my production company days 15+ years ago and edited all 45 myself from my dining room...feet from my husband’s new office! I went from a team of three to little ol’ me. This was my year to drop the hustle (just a little) and give myself more grace to let this baby enter the world on its timeline, not mine. So while Job Share Academy is coming a little later than I intended, it is SO coming... I’m all in to help valuable worthy humans change their lives (especially now!) to manifest their rewarding job share in a hands-on interactive learning environment with a phenomenal cohort and hands on support from me, the U.S. expert in job sharing (for real). I remember I felt so guilty leaving my kids home alone to fend for themselves those five days, I made them homemade cookies after!
