Family planning benefits include adoption/surrogacy assistance, egg freezing assistance, and access to fertility and infertility medical and pharmacy. As families grow, employees can take advantage of family support benefits: lactation consultations, nursing rooms, breast milk delivery for business travel, and back-up child care sessions.
As a nursing mother at work, BlackRock protects and accommodates you by providing a private location and time to express breast milk. A private room, close to an employee's work area, is available to express milk. Each of BlackRock's nursing rooms has a hospital grade pump, includes an electrical outlet if you prefer to bring your own breast pump and a refrigerator.
BlackRock offers 2 week transition period to assist with returning back to work after the leave.
