      The Northrop Grumman paid parental leave policy offers employees two weeks (up to 80 hours) of paid time off within the first twelve months following the birth of a child or placement of a child through adoption. Paid parental leave runs concurrently with FMLA job protected time away from work, but it is in addition to time away from work being paid through disability or state provided paid leave.

      Yes, Adopting a child is a joyous occasion, but it can bring unique financial challenges. You can be reimbursed for up to $3,500 for qualified expenses per adoption, with a $7,000 calendar-year maximum. Note: Represented employees should refer to their collective bargaining agreement for details.
