The beer industry is traditionally a male powered field. But don't let that fool you, the women here kill it day in day out just as much as the guys do. One note of caution: if you don't have thick skin and a backbone, this company may not be good for you. It isn't a male v female thing... it's part of the company culture to be blunt, straight forward, results driven, and passionate about our opinnions/projects/etc.

It is not for everyone. You are definetly outnumbered but if you are used to this type of environment you will do just fine!
