Senior Marketing Manager
I've worked here for 10 years and the department has been largely dominated by female executives. There is great opportunity for growth, which I've enjoyed in my career, as Conde Nast likes to promote from within. The environment is friendly and very supportive.
Conde is still figuring it out from a digital perspective, but they love go-getters and are quick to acknowledge those able to create their own destiny in a way that supports the company.
At times, men underestimate their female coworkers; people in management give notes like "smile more" or "be nicer in slack messages," which just mean use emojis, which are not notes men receive; and depending on the brand, there can be a lot of gossip and two-faced behavior.
