Jennifer Reiners is the general counsel and chief compliance officer of DFIN. Prior to her appointment as general counsel, Jennifer held various roles within R.R. Donnelley’s legal department for 21 years, including vice president, associate general counsel. Prior to joining R.R. Donnelley, she was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, preceded by Shearman & Sterling LLP.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center.
