This is a very woman friendly organization with generous parental leave and tetecommuting policies.
Arguably there are TOO many women at this organization. That said, there is plenty of opportunity here to advance and build your career - especially in technology. However, for a female-centric organization, the benefits - especially around maternity leave - are abysmal. 6 weeks of leave at PARTIAL pay for the first 8 years of tenure. This is an embarrassment, and should be corrected ASAP.
Be conscious that a female-dominated culture requires a very different style than a male or mixed culture and adjust your style accordingly
