I worked here for 4 years (2004-2008), as my first job out of college/grad school. There are many women working in the Corporate organization, especially at the entry level. I feel that men and women were treated similarly. However, there were not a lot of networking or benefit opportunities for women.

There are a lot of women in leadership roles and men and women seem to be generally treated equally in advancement and opportunity. However, they have room to go in providing flexibility and benefits to make it more working-parent-friendly.
