The mission of our Womxn Community is to influence gender equity in hiring, compensation and leadership by amplifying womxn and partnering with allies.
Our Womxn Community hosts networking events, panel discussion and other development opportunities for womxn across the company to meet and hear from each other’s area of expertise.
In addition to our Womxn Community, our internal Womxn in Tech group creates an annual Womxn in Tech summit which highlights womxn across our Digital Product Development organization, while also inviting womxn from across the tech industry to attend and network with employees.
The Womxn community collaborates with our Recruiting team to go beyond the “usual suspects” for sourcing great talent. LGBTQIA+ Pride empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, and questioning employees and their fierce allies to serve as a support system and social network for LGBTQIA+ employees.
The focus of the Sustainability Community is to move SiriusXM + Pandora into a more sustainable future by cutting waste, encouraging recycling and becoming enthusiastic stewards of our resources.
VETERANS AND MILITARY COMMUNITY
The Veterans and Military Community is focused on improving recruiting outreach to those leaving military service or currently serving in the reserves and to assist in their transition to employment with the company.
