Sterling is a great place to work! Work-life balance is really what you make it. Sterling allows me to work hard and set aggressive goals, but also allows me the flexibility to work remote and be there for my family. Sometimes I do work weekends or evenings when I’m up against a deadline, but I am able to balance that out with being there for all my kids sport events and seeing them on and off the bus every day.

There is no barrier to women taking on leadership roles at Sterling. Not only is the CEO a woman, but there are females across all leadership positions. The women empower other women. The leaders are approachable and enthusastic about growth. My peers are extremely supportive. It's a great environment to work in as a woman.

To be led by a female CEO is very inspiring. I feel that every women has the same opportunity as men for promotion and advancement at this company. They are also very flexible and understanding of family life, and I love that I get to create a work/life balance that is personal to me.
