"There are many different types of positions & hours, but it's completely random what LOB (line of business) you work for as a third party customer support. You therefore have little choice in what positions you can apply for and the hours. "

"There are no annual reviews. You don't get a raise unless you get a promotion. Maternity leave is unpaid- and I believe it's only six weeks. "
