"Be cautious as to what school/Principal you work for. Make sure they have clear rules as to handle different situations. I did experience discrimination as I am Spanish. If you decide to work for them, document EVERYTHING, even if you think everything is going well. Be aware of all the signs of discrimination, especially the ones that are more subtle. I don't normally join Unions but if you work here, you should definitely join."
