"This company is run by a very "good ole' boy" team of leaders. The new CEO fired the only female executive less than 6 months after he started. This company is run on politics and paranoia and has very little flexibility for life events that happen outside of the office. "

"There is currently no policy to allow employees to work from home or alter their hours as needed. I do know of a few people who have been able to adjust their in office and remote working hours, but this is the anomaly."
