"It depends on which market you are working with, but this employer in my region does not support flex-time and demands constant after-hours communication as well as checking-in during time off. "

"If there every is any perceived discrimination, I think it'd be fairly contained to one specific person; and I do think that HR would take it seriously if you brought it to their attention. There are good anonymous paths to take. In my experience, though, women had very positive career outlooks."
