"Extremely long hours with a drinking culture. Great place to start your career but not a long-term fit with a family or personal life. "

"Be prepared to be overworked and talked down on. depending on your manager, but my entire team seemed to be working 6am-7pm daily to "be successful". Poor worklife balance"

"They have not made a ton of effort to promote women in the Minnesota location. It is a great company to start out with and gain some experience but as a woman it is very hard to make a life out of it. "

"It is a hard company to maintain at when you want to start a family. A lot of women end up leaving because it is not a very accommodating place with having a flexible schedule. "
