"The company has a Women's ERG and are open to creating new ERGs for specific intertest groups. It is a male dominated business because there are a lot of engineers, but there is good diversity in the corporate or other departments. Leadership is supportive of professional development and career growth. "

"AES is a great place to work regardless of your sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, race, national origin, ethnicity, age, religion, marital status, physical or mental disability, pregnancy and background, I've always felt I was treated equally and respected. There are many bright women to learn from in the company and I'm proud to be part or AES."
