"Don't expect to feel heard and valued much. The men in charge are not capable of handling women and there concerns properly because female emotions scare them and any complaints that comes out of the women's mouth is considered whining to them. You have to be aggressive and blunt in order to have your opinions thoroughly heard or it'll be ignored."

"The worse department for flexibility is the Sale/Customer Service department. There were only three women in the entire company and only one of those women were allowed to work from home when needed. The best department for flexibility is the Support department. The techs are usually allowed to work remotely from home whenever they needed to do so."
