"Love 'The Association' - it's super flexible, based on outputs not presence, and work is almost exclusively remote, which helps with so much of real life!"

"I've been here almost 10 years - AICPA seems to have really focused in recent years to increase transparency and embrace people as fully humans (with lives and circumstances outside of work) - not machines or robots. Each team is a bit different, but overall, there is a theme of care about employees. Senior leadership is putting their money where their mouth is by hiring internal DEI resources, and working to increase diversity in top leadership positions. Great culture. Great people. Technically a NFP though, so pay is mid-range or slightly below. "

"The HR department preaches how great the culture is, but they don't do anything to help working moms succeed. Once you have a kid, you're better off to find somewhere new.
Also, depending on your manager, you may be doomed for a promotion (mother or not) just because you're a women. "

"Flexibility, promotions, etc. are all VERY dependent on the team you're on. Some people love working here because they have good managers and a good team culture. Varies greatly based on team."
