"RUN. Do not accept the offer. It's a boy's club and you'll just be another pawn in it. Very little diversity and representation at the leadership level. Many cases of sexual harassment and discrimination that are silenced by HR. Very little respect for women while exercising a ton of protection to protect men who sexually harass women at work. "

"They're making visible efforts but it's the invisible that they really need to focus on, namely the rampant unconscious biases against people of color and people with children. However, it's a good place to start your career path. "
