"Warehose: Mostly women workers. Very high turnover rate for a reason, but for those that have stuck with it hard to leave because of pay although becomes increasingly harder to rationalize staying. Management is terrible. Benefits are good but could be better for the amount of yourself they require you to put into work. Very physically demanding, repetitive. high paced and stressful. Unfortunately there is a high risk of eventual unavoidable injury due to physical job demands. Repetitive lifting of 20-45lbs at required high paced speed to meet hourly rates."

"I would HIGHLY recommend not working here. The Digital Marketing department at ALDI's Batavia, IL main office has a serious sexism problem.
My manager would get personally offended if we offered up any digital marketing expertise whatsoever, even though that's what we were hired for as Digital Marketing Coordinators at ALDI. In the end, she told me I needed to have a more "floofy" personality to succeed as a woman in her department. I have never been more disappointed in an employer in my life.
Women can be bold, and strong, and confident, and smart, and talented. We do not have to be "floofy." We do not have to send smiley faces in our emails to be taken seriously. We can do a darn good job as digital marketers, and that's what matters in the workplace. It was disheartening to meet someone who truly felt otherwise, and for that reason I do not recommend you work here. You deserve better. Keep searching!"

"You aren't allowed to leave for a half-day or duck out for a couple hours and make it up later. If you need to pick up your kids, go to the doctor, etc. you have to use a sick day. "
