"Ask for what you need and negotiate before you are hired. They have great ideals on paper but you have to fight for the reality. "

"The telework makes it flexible but maternity/ parental leave and health care need to be improved significantly. I had to have my kids on Medicaid because I couldn’t afford the benefits at only 10% paid by the employer for dependents "
