"The culture is amazing and the people who work here is what truly makes me stay. The stability of the company is nearly unmatched - They did not lay off anyone during the recession in the mid-2000's. "

"The upper level management is comprised of 100% men, however I do believe the overall climate of the company is changing for the better. I will not be surprised if the upper management in 10-15 years is an even split of women to men."

"I actually got a huge promotion at 7 months pregnant. I did not start the new position until I came back from maternity leave, but they started my higher compensation/benefits from the date of promotion, which was prior to leaving for maternity leave. They did not pressure me whatsoever to return early from maternity leave when I decided to take the maximum allowed time off. I was surprised and am extremely grateful to work for this company."
