"Working here is like being on an episode of Mad Men. There are golf outings no women are invited to, women held back for promotions after having children and countless sexual comments that never “cross the line” but are enough to eventually kill you by a thousand cuts. Certain departments are better than others but the overall tone is not female friendly. "
