"They want to be known for being a women-friendly employer, but they aren't taking any meaningful steps to do this. "

"It's shocking they don't have a good maternity policy. It's just FMLA. They're a tech company. Compared to other tech companies,they are not competing in this space at all."

"They're focusing a lot on trying to be a more diverse company and, in 2019, are specifically focusing on attracting more women and keeping those women in their workforce."

"It's a tech company so there's more flexibility than a "traditional" company. However, they discourage regularly working from home and make you jump through hoops to work any hours other than their listed hours (start time 8 or 8:30)."

"ANSYS overall supports women as well as men. There are sometimes minor incidents like men tell you your job and talking over you but that happens."
