"Very political, and constant re-orgs. Work from home is no longer an option.
Maternity leave is currently 4 weeks leave + STD + 1 "transition" week. "

"Lots of work from home positions. However there is still a heavy workload. I’m not sure I would be able to handle it if I had kids. "
