"My company is very flexible and you never feel bad for having to leave, work from home, or take time off for whatever personal reason. My company treats and trusts it's employees to be professional and not abuse the flexibility."

"My company doesn't not make anyone feel bad if they need to take time off, leave early, or work from home to take care of person things (including kids). They also trust that their employees are professional enough to not to take advantage of the available flexibility."
