"Our owner has four daughters. We have more women on the management team than men. We have more women in sales roles where the most flexibility is needed. Vacation is encouraged to reset and refresh. Family is focused on, both employees' families and our team as family. Our core values bring in spouses and kids as part of the company's extended family. "
