"I enjoyed working here until the needs of the job exceeded the amount of training I had received and available personnel for the workload. My department was highly specialized and it was impossible to bring in a temp to take up the slack. I eventually left the company. I would recommend the company for solid employment with good health benefits. I would just caution future employees to stay mindful of work-life balance and speak up if something isn't working. "

"pay is competitive, good health benefits, but no future for other opportunities. plan on doing the exact same thing for approx 35 years. "
