"The company is in a transition phase right now. It seems they are cleaning up the budget. So on the plus side they are very generous with profit sharing when there have been profits and lowering the expense ratio would help in that direction. But they have been stingy with compensation raises in the past with certain departments. So I think its a good company to stay for a few years if you like the team and the work."
