"There are great resources for development as well as sponsors and mentors to help as you progress in you career.
Arity has opportunities to improve in communication among the leadership group. Loud, interrupting opinions tend to be valued, so if you are more of the quiet type, it will be a challenge for your input to be heard."

"It's a tech company so female representation can be sparse. I haven't felt that there's too much of a boy's club as a result but of course, it would be nice to have more women on board. I certainly have never felt discriminated against as a woman here, though my manager has made some comments that I don't believe he would have made to a man. Comments along the lines of being more assertive."

"Data science is flexible (although they discourage regularly scheduled WFH) but Engineering is not at all flexible. You must be at work between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm and cannot work from home. This is due to enforced pair programming. "
