"The owners create a toxic culture where sexist and racist micro aggressions are the norm. I was constantly talked down to by the owners, especially Andrew Kelly. I reported him to HR and nothing happened because he is one of the owners. I was offered a management position for $5K less than the male managers who had less experience than me. When I advocated for equal pay, I was told to “stop bitching.” "
