"During Covid and before they have been very supportive of Family life. I have to pick up my son at a certain time each day. No problem. I have to try and juggle work and home schooling for lockdown. no problem. Even on of the Senior VP's(stated he understood as he had munchkins running around while he was trying to work). Amazingly supportive, allowed flexibility and they promote from within. We have a nice mix of female and male staff in all positions."
