"AEM is a great place to work! I started my career at AEM and quickly found my place in a company I refer to as a "unicorn". The culture at AEM is very open, friendly and is a true team atmosphere were everyone works together to help achieve the overall goals of the team. The leadership at AEM truly make you feel comfortable to share concerns, speak up, share opinions and they really try to help you achieve your personal and professional goals and help you grow and develop. "

"It's very political. On the plus side, there are a lot of female managers and VPs, which is very helpful in evening the playing field. It always comes down to which department you are in."
