"I’ve spent the better part of my career here, thru mergers and acquisitions and in the last year or two there has been a shift in dynamics. I would not recommend working here unless they restructure the department I work in. That being said, I can’t speak to the other departments, they may run smooth."

"While women serve in management positions, they are kept at mid-level. Companywide, a large majority of senior positions are filled by males - only a few females in these roles. In this way, this insurance broker still operates as an ole boy's club. Women in various roles are not earning a commensurate compensation. Poor overall operations, leadership, oversight and due diligence from the corporate office. Corporate sets unrealistic revenue projections and when those aren't met, local offices undergo major reductions in force. Corporate doesn't appoint nor promote highly capable leaders to the local offices. Mission is to acquire small insurance brokerage shops to grow quickly without regard for long-term financial viability of the local office and its employees - female and male. "
