"The women in leadership positions are treated well. For women in entry to mid-level positions, they promote the environment as able to create the job that you want to have, but don't have a well defined path to growth. People are kind and helpful, but leadership is not transparent with how to take the next step in position or compensation. It feels like 2 different companies between the way they treat consultants versus the way they treat those working in enterprise. Consultants tend to be prioritized, given more job clarity and resources for growth than those in enterprise positions."
