"As a woman at Aware, it's one of the best environments I've had to work in, where I feel heard, welcomed, and safe from the disparity that exists between men and women, especially at a company in tech."

"I was happy at my last employer but after taking a call and learning more, I was "wowed". The CEO and COO are super thoughtful and welcoming to what you need to be the best you as possible. They believe in output over hours worked. They believe in paying for healthcare. This is not your typical start up. People are happy to be here! "
