"This is a very male-dominated firm. A lot of leadership is in Israel and men tend to be dismissive of women. Very few women in senior leadership roles. "

"Prepare to drop everything to show you are dedicated. There is a lot of talk about ensuring your direct reports are happy and have balance, but rewards are very achievement-based, and no one wants to appear as though they are slacking off."
