"Axon has a genuinely collaborative and supportive company culture. Instead of paying just paying lip service to diversity, I've seen the principles actually put into practice throughout the company and at all leadership levels. "

"There are great opportunities at Axon for development and growth. I've had several opportunities to move into leadership roles as an IC. Our mission truly aims to make a positive impact on society and make everyone safer which really resonates with me.
As a parent of a young child, Axon has been very flexible when I need to work a different schedule to juggle childcare for either illness or daycare closures. I've also been able to work remotely which really helps my work-life balance. My management is clear that family comes first and it shows."

"At first glance you'll see mostly men in executive and C suite positions but the company is aware and actively working on it. Since I started 2 years ago, I've seen many women get promotions into leadership roles and it encourages me. I do believe axon is a great place for anyone and everyone to build and grow their career."
