"I would tell other women to stay away from this company at all costs. Senior leadership has a whopping total of one woman who was recently pushed into retirement for speaking out about her vision for the company. The company works in a silo where there's a lot of fat the top and few true workers. Additionally, as a woman it took nearly a year for the majority of my colleagues to stop treating me like their personal assistant."
