"The benefits are great. As a part of a small subsidiary, I can speak to the bank as a whole, but upper management seems to take women seriously."

"The department I support was very supportive when I was pregnant and after I returned from maternity leave. They worked with my schedule to give me time to pump breastmilk and also I had a modified schedule for my first 2 months back. My Manager was awesome in making sure I got this. "

"Much like other firms in the financial industry, especially asset management, there is a SEVERE lack of women in the above-the-line roles, both in sales and in money management. As such, the standard tendencies of such environments were subtly present. Far more women in the support positions made for much more balanced teams at that level. But, in the end, when most of the Directorships are male, their world view prevails."
