"You can advance and benefits are awesome for single and other working women. Tech seems to be most in favor as anywhere but also Sales. Men have same paternity leave as women."

"It depends on your role your manager and your office. As a VP in a self directed role I have recently been told to be in the office or else... at the same time than an executive assistant in california was working from home the whole time she and I were collaborating on a project that had me working 12 hour during the week and various hours on Saturdays and Sundays. While I know the bank makes accommodations for disabilities and conditions and dont know the assistants personal situation this made me feel as though my personal responsibility was not being trusted."

"I have a very high stress independent job and my manager is personally and emotionally supportive but he is loathe to stand up for his team with higher levels of management. This is legacy bank thinking that things cannot be changed and there is no one behind the curtain. "

"Don't. Despite being an 'Exceeds' rating performer every single year, I had to interview for jobs after both of my maternity leaves since managers are constantly changing. No 360 review process in my division, so everyone manages up. Terrible work/life balance - was recently told I needed to be available 24/7, including weekends and vacation time in order to continue to progress in my career. Great benefits and hard to get fired - many have been here a long time and suffer simply because they can do the bare minimum so others have to pick up the slack. There are better places to work, but great if you have given up and need a paycheck."
