I am planning to take unpaid company leave (not considered maternity but is a continuation of my maternity leave) after my paid maternity leave is up. You have take up to one year unpaid as long as it's agreed with your manager but you are not guaranteed your jobs when you return. However, HR will work with you to find a position for you.

There's a lot of focus around gender equality, and there are many programs set up to help advance women in finance. I personally never felt discriminated against as a woman in my group.

Occurrences are a HUGE deal with this company! Not family friendly at all!!! People have been told to pick between family and work. Compliance issues are huge too. This company wants robots and have a system designed to make you fail so you don't get paid incentive. If you get fired, don't think this company will stand behind you at all. They fight so people don't get unemployment benefits. If you have kids, and need to leave work, you'll be on the road to being fired. Many women work here, but there is a huge turnover rate.
