"There are some excellent things about working here, but be aware that you will be asked to work very hard, which can be rewarding and instructive, but without a lot of material support (small teams, low budgets). There is a ceiling on how far you can advance your career because there are only a handful of leadership positions. Be strategic about you use your experience here. "

"If you have extensive expertise already regarding the job you are applying for, and if you are applying for a high level administrative or cabinet level job, you may do well. Otherwise, do not expect vertical growth. You will not be compensated competitively. Job training does not occur."
