"BASIC is an amazing place to work, there is an undeniable effort to cultivate your individual strengths and grow your skill set. Like any agency, there's tendency to burn out, and some departments are more protected than others from that. There's no doubt that our entire leadership team supports gender diversity and that there is a true path for success for women and men alike here."
