"If there is a lot of turnover at your location, it is a very poor sign of how they treat their office staff. I found it difficult to accept/reject clients based on their insurance carrier and then force clinical staff to work more than their required hours due to an ineffective director. My location saw rapid turnover of both office and clinical staff but some other offices work amazingly together and for the clients. Just try to dig and find out what the real office specific culture is."
